Twenty-six ߲ݴý University students were recently inducted into the Huge Society. Students in the society receive support from the Harry (’59) & Reba Huge Foundation.
߲ݴý University’s annual Visions and Ventures Symposium will focus on mental health and community, allowing attendees to participate in an interactive storytelling experience.
Each homecoming celebration, ߲ݴý pays special tribute to outstanding alumni for life and career accomplishments. The tribute takes place at the annual Legends and Legacies banquet. The 2022 honorees include:
When Bill and Tami Wyman retired in the spring of 2019, ߲ݴý alumni and friends came together to establish an endowment in their honor. Bill and Tami asked that the endowment go to establish two annual awards: one award to be presented to a custodian, grounds or maintenance employee and the other to be presented to an administrative assistant.
Rami Hinrichs, a junior psychology major and sociology/anthropology minor, was selected as a recipient of a Benjamin A. Gilman International Scholarship to study abroad.
