After trading the big city vibes of Los Angeles for the serene landscapes of Nebraska, Tina Hurd (MSW ’24) found herself at a crossroads in 2015. 

“I was starting a new chapter in my life, and I thought where do I want to go and what do I want to do?” 

���߲ݴ�ý University will confer degrees to almost 400 students during its 134th commencement ceremony on Saturday, May 4.

The YMCA of Lincoln recently joined forces with students from ���߲ݴ�ý University (���߲ݴ�ý) for a problem-solving competition aimed at increasing awareness, inclusivity, and participation in the YMCA's programs. 

���߲ݴ�ý University awarded Chelsea Klinkebiel, assistant professor of psychology, the annual 2024 Holder Fellowship for Instructional Improvement, to recognize her instructional innovation and teaching excellence. 

Barry M. Kroll, PhD, professor emeritus from Lehigh University, will speak about “Learning to Argue Differently” when he delivers the annual Holder Lecture on Thursday, April 25.
