Congratulations and welcome to ߲ݴý! Now that it’s official, here are to-dos and deadlines. Completing these tasks on time will ensure a smoother transition to campus this fall.

Steps for Class Registration

Complete your account activation

Once you've made your deposit, you will receive an email from "߲ݴý University <do-not-reply [at] nebrwesleyan.edu (do-not-reply[at]nebrwesleyan[dot]edu)> with the subject line "Welcome to Okta at ߲ݴý University!" to activate your ߲ݴý account. This will allow you to access your ߲ݴý email, Self-Service, Canvas and other accounts available to ߲ݴý students.

NOTE: Your ߲ݴý email account is different than the email account you used to create your application and access your personal ߲ݴý Admission Portal.

Complete the First Semester Advising Questionnaire

Your academic advisor will use this information to learn more about your interests and goals to aid in developing your first semester schedule.

Complete your Modern Language Background Survey

The Modern Language Background Survey helps us determine the best language class for you. The survey asks questions about languages you speak or have studied, as well as your interest in continuing your language study at ߲ݴý. Every student must complete this survey, even if you’ve met the proficiency requirement and don’t plan to continue your language study at ߲ݴý.

Schedule your advising appointment

Beginning April 15. If you’ve submitted your deposit and completed your First Semester Advising Questionnaire, Modern Language Background Survey and activated your ߲ݴý account, you will receive an email with a link to schedule your class registration appointment with your advisor. Please allow 3–5 business days for the email to arrive following the completion of all steps.

Appointments will be held over Zoom May 9–June 6. Plenty of appointments are available to fit within your schedule.

Submit your final transcripts before the July 15 deadline

Request that your high school submit your official, final high school transcript with your graduation date listed and confirmed. Final transcripts must be submitted by the following methods:

  • A paper copy sent through U.S. Postal Service.
  • Electronically through an approved service.

We do not accept high school transcripts by any other delivery method or from anyone other than your high school administrators.

Transcripts containing completed, college-level coursework must also be submitted.

Steps for New Student Orientation

Register for New Student Orientation before the June 1 deadline

At New Student Orientation, you will have the opportunity to get further acquainted with campus resources, learn about student involvement opportunities and meet your classmates to build connections. Parents and guardians hear from staff about student support and success, living on campus or commuting from home and financial aid and student records.

You and a family member must attend one of the following in-person or virtual (Zoom) sessions:

  • In-person – Friday, June 7, 9 a.m. – noon (limited space available)
  • In-person – Friday, June 7, 2 – 5 p.m. (limited space available)
  • Virtual – Monday, June 10 – 5:30 – 7 p.m.

Steps for housing or commuter enrollment

Complete your Housing Request Form before the June 15 deadline

This form informs us of your ߲ݴý housing preferences or plans to reside at home or off-campus with an approved exemption. Every student must complete this form, even if you qualify for an exemption.

Complete your commuter certification (if applicable) before the July 15 deadline

If you will live at home with a parent(s) or guardian(s) you need to submit this form.

Upload a photo for your student ID before the July 1 deadline

Upload a photo to be used on your student ID and our “New Faces” booklet of incoming students, which will be distributed at the start of the semester. The photo must meet the following criteria:

  • Current color photo of yourself.
  • White smooth background – no other people or objects in photo.
  • Sufficient lighting with no shadows.
  • Front view – full face filling at least 80% of frame.
  • Cropped from just above the top of head to collarbone.
  • Eyes open and visible and no glare on eyeglasses.
  • No hats or sunglasses.
  • 5 MB limit.
  • Acceptable file types are gif, jpg, jpeg, png or svg.

Complete your parking tag request before the July 1 deadline

If you plan to park a vehicle on campus, you will need to provide information on your vehicle’s make, model and license plate number. This information will be used to issue an ߲ݴý Parking Tag.

Submit your Parking Tag Request. (You will need to first activate your ߲ݴý account to submit the Parking Tag Request form.)

Submit your room and board contract before the August 1 deadline

You will receive a housing and roommate assignment via your ߲ݴý email in early July. You will need to sign and date the accompanying “Room and Board Contract” to formally reserve your space in the residence halls. If you are under the age of 19, a parent/guardian must sign the contract as well.

Steps for health and safety

Submit your Medical History Report before the July 15 deadline

Use your ߲ݴý account information to log in to the to complete the Medical History Form. Once you log in, you will see two forms that you need to complete: Medical History Form and Immunization History Form. These forms gather health and immunization history for incoming students. We recommend reaching out to your medical provider to gather your health and vaccination records prior to completing these reports.

Submit your Immunization History Report before the July 15 deadline

Use your ߲ݴý account information to log in to the to complete the Immunization History Form. Once you log in, you will see two forms that you need to complete: Medical History Form and Immunization History Form. These forms gather health and immunization history for incoming students. We recommend reaching out to your medical provider to gather your health and vaccination records prior to completing these reports.

Complete your Disability Information Form (if applicable) before the review of requests for accommodations begins June 15 

߲ݴý is committed to providing access to educational opportunities and full participation in the campus community. Once you’ve submitted this form, Accessibility Services staff will contact you to arrange an intake interview and determine reasonable accommodations.

Steps for payment and financial information

Review your tuition statement and payment plan options and apply for federal loans

Information on Federal Direct Loans is included in the financial aid offer mailed to your home address. Parents and students will receive information on how to apply for the Federal Direct Parent PLUS Loan during New Student Orientation in June. Additional information on loans can be found on this Financial Aid Office webpage.

We will send information in mid-July about your tuition bill and steps to finalize payment plans. Fall semester payments are due on Friday, August 30.

Apply for an on-campus job

You will receive an email after class registration about on-campus jobs. You can search and apply for available jobs on , ߲ݴý’s career planning platform. Most student employment positions are posted within the first two weeks of August.
